From our incorporation over 18 years ago, Blackacres Group now consists of several property and construction related companies. Our head office is in Dudley in the West Midlands which is just 6 miles north of Birmingham in heart of central England.

We have worked on a variety of project types and sectors and to date our portfolio of projects covers in excess of 2’500’000 m² of land which includes new build, refurbishment, conversions and infrastructure.

We have a dedicated and highly experienced workforce who source and execute lucrative property developments. We find hidden value in property and land and hold investment property with many blue chip occupiers.

Our developments vary but are always chosen by consumer demand and affordability. We have worked with brownfield land and land in exotic locations, worked on offices and retail units plus office to residential conversions.
